I became licensed as a full-time Realtor in 1996 and Brian joined me as a partner in 2008 so we offer over 40 years of combined proven Real Estate success. Our business is typically split about 50/50 between Listings and Buyers so we're well versed on both sides of the table.

Brian and I both have sales and marketing back-grounds so we know what it takes to properly market a home to achieve the best sale price possible as quickly as possible. We also understand the importance of keeping our finger on the pulse of the current local market to best serve both our Buyers and our Sellers and we LOVE first time Buyers! Their excitement is contagious!!
