You always think that you are going to have some situation that will make it a real trial in selling your home. They are unique, but Brian & Carole have experience so many different scenarios over the years, it's going to be very hard to rattle them. They came highly recommended from my in-laws, who had a recommendation from other family members and all had very unique situations. My recent purchase of my new home in Kirkwood went incredibly smooth due to the work of Carol and Brian Fitzgerald of Redkey Realty. Personally, I hate selling, buying and moving from one home to another. So, I am somewhat of a basket case during the process. Carole and Brian Fitzgerald, however, ensure the process is as uncomplicated as possible. They turn what I believe to be a lemon into lemonade. Brian really went above and beyond to make my closing happen on time. If something needed to be done, he made it happen. This was a difficult time for me and I was not easy to work with during the process. Both Brian and Carole were patient and available even when their daughter was in the hospital. Additionally, I had issues with St Louis county that he helped navigate even after the sale. Highly recommended.
